The Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians is one of a selection of organisations that is supporting the establishment of a friends of lymphoedema parliamentary group.  On March 20, representatives of these organisations will be attending an event at parliament in Canberra to launch a group that aims to raise awareness of the issues and the experience of those with lymphoedema to improve the collection of data and implement the policy that will improve outcomes of those with this condition. ASDC is there to raise meet parliamentarians and to meet other groups invested in this area to educate them about the importance of skin health and integrity and the role that Dermal Clinicians can play in lymphoedema management.
